Daniel F. Graves

Dan is a lifelong Franklin County Resident. He attended Saint Michael's College and graduated Cum Laude from Suffolk Law School. After working in the Northwestern District Attorney's office, he has been in private practice for over 25 years.

Dan specializes in Real Estate, Business Law and Estate Work. He represents Buyers, Sellers and Lenders with Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions. In addition, he represents a variety of local, businesses with their daily needs. His business practice includes LLC and Corporate formation and representation on complex matters and financing. Estate Planning also represents a significant amount of his practice with the drafting of Wills and Trusts and the Probate of Estates, large and small. He currently is appointed the Public Administrator for Franklin County.  

Dan is heavily involved in  his community. He is currently a Bank Director and Clerk along with serving as Chair of the Board of the Trustees of the Franklin County YMCA. Dan  serves or  has served on a variety of Community Boards including Past President of the Franklin County Bar Association and Greenfield YMCA. He resides in Deerfield where he is Town Moderator and former chair of the Community Preservation Committee.
